Witty Blog Name

So I understand now.....

Well... I think understand.

As much as you can about your own feelings....

See there’s been one phrase through all my girl misadventures (Gotta start that book soon) that I've understood but never believed. That never sat right with me.

The fact that you can love someone enough to see them happy with another person.

To explain, someone in my life who I had previously had feelings for, got together with another guy. Normally a reason to get up tight, angsty, frustrated, angry, disappointed and all those things but..

the weird thing, is that why I was a little upset (because it wasn't me of course) I can just see how happy he makes her.

It's the whole saying, if you 'love' them enough you'd be happy for them if they're happy.

To be utterly honest, the feeling is weird, its like.. It's the way its suppose to be.. and you can't be anymore happy than when people find who they're suppose to be with.

So I guess that is....

Can anyone else honestly say they have felt this way?

PS. Some of you who know me are probably trying to work out who I'm talking about. Good luck I'd
say.

PPS. I threw my back out again at bball, man I hate it.

Flash to "Love Actually" where the guy loses Keira Knightly. Rough. Try sitting through her wedding. That killed me BUT they're so happy, can't really say anything.

Yup..I concur. Seeing that someone with the person that just makes them utterly happy, and they have the relationship you know they deserve...there's just no way to have a selfish negative thought about it. Seeing someone find the person they're supposed to be with is one of the most exciting and beautiful things. (SO GOOD! lol :P)

Sounds like your talking from experience Col. Lots of respect

I think that well I think about their wedding and while it may be hard, its just right..

Would just click, but well I may completely be wrong, I never really know what girls want.

(except compliments)

Forget the deep respect stuff, I'm trying to work out who it is. Hey, I'm THAT sort of girl!

Nah, good one Matt. We must catch up soon. Stokers is calling. "Matt... Beth... rediscover your friendship with the best iced chocolates ever!"

i can see that. but in my situation, it's just me being selfish.. which is what got me into relationship trouble to begin with. my knowledge of this isn't really helping my case either.
